Our frontal installation service includes:

• Lace customization (plucking, bleaching knots, tinting).
• Professional adhesive or glueless applicationStyling of your choice (straight, curls, crimps, ponytail, waves, etc.)
• Long-lasting hold with proper care guidance

Important Notes for Clients

• After payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your drop-off or post details  (location, time, and instructions).
• Your installation appointment cannot be booked until your wig has been dropped off and received by our team.
• Wigs must be dropped off at least three days before your scheduled installation appointment.
• If your wig is not dropped off within this timeframe, your service may be delayed or rescheduled.
• Please ensure your wig is clean, brushed, and in a protective bag/packaging when dropping it off.
• You will receive a follow-up email once we have received your wig, including a private booking link to select your final service appointment after your wig has been received.
  
• Please ensure your natural hair is clean, dry, and braided before your appointment.
• If you require braiding services, please arrange this before coming for your installation.
  
• Arrive on time to ensure we can complete your service within the 2-hour timeframe.
